Welcome to TooHeal! These terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Usage”) describe and govern the User’s use of the content and services offered by XTENSU SOFTTECH SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. through www.tooheal.com (the “Website”).
Updation
The Website may update, amend, or modify these Terms of Usage from time to time. The User is responsible to check the Terms of Usage periodically to remain in compliance with these terms. By accessing this Website or booking any service, you accept these Terms of Usage. Do not continue to use TooHeal if you do not agree with any of the terms stated here.
Services Offered
TooHeal provides the following services:
1-on-1 Therapy Sessions — private sessions conducted by therapists/counsellors onboarded on the TooHeal platform.
Support Circles (Group Sessions) — therapist-led online group support sessions in which multiple participants (up to eight members per circle) attend together for a scheduled duration (typically 60 minutes), facilitated by a verified therapist/counsellor onboarded on the platform.
Important: TooHeal is not a crisis intervention platform. If you are in an emergency, experiencing suicidal thoughts, or require urgent medical help, please call your local emergency number immediately, or in India call Tele-MANAS at 14416 (free, 24×7).
Nature of Support Circles
Support Circles are group sessions and are not a substitute for individual therapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment. By joining a Support Circle, you acknowledge and agree that:
Other participants will be present and may see and hear you if you choose to share, speak, or enable your camera. Participation in discussion is voluntary — you may attend only to listen.
The therapist facilitates the session but does not provide individual diagnosis or a personalised treatment plan within the group setting.
You will treat other participants and anything shared within the circle with respect and confidentiality (see “Confidentiality & Privacy” below).
TooHeal and the facilitating therapist may remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to others in the circle.
Therapist Independence
Therapists listed on TooHeal are independent professionals and are not employees of TooHeal. While TooHeal verifies their submitted qualifications, TooHeal does not control or influence the advice, methods, or outcomes of any 1-on-1 session or Support Circle. Users agree that TooHeal is a facilitator and not responsible for any direct or indirect outcomes of therapy sessions or Support Circles.
Confidentiality & Privacy
All sessions are intended to be private and confidential, subject to exceptions under the law (such as risk of harm to self or others, or legal requirements). TooHeal is committed to protecting user data as per its Privacy Policy.
In a Support Circle, confidentiality is shared: what is discussed in the circle should stay within the circle. You agree not to record, screenshot, reproduce, or share the identity of, or anything disclosed by, other participants. TooHeal cannot guarantee the conduct of other participants and is not liable for a breach of confidentiality by any participant.
Fees, Refund & Rescheduling
1-on-1 Therapy Sessions: Once booked, therapy session fees are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be allowed if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, subject to therapist availability. Missed sessions without notice will be considered as availed.
Support Circles: A seat is reserved through a short temporary hold at the time of selection; the seat is confirmed only once payment is completed. Once a seat is booked and confirmed, the fee is non-refundable. If TooHeal cancels or reschedules a circle, or is unable to run a confirmed session, you will be offered a transfer to another available circle or a refund of that session’s fee. Rescheduling to another open circle may be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, subject to availability. A missed circle without notice will be considered as availed.
If a payment is completed but a confirmed seat cannot be honoured (for example, a technical conflict), TooHeal will refund that payment in full.
User Responsibilities
By using TooHeal, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age (or are using the service under parental/guardian consent if below 18).
You will not use the platform for any unlawful activities.
You will conduct yourself respectfully towards facilitators and other participants, and will not record or share others’ information from a Support Circle.
You will not hold TooHeal liable for the outcomes of any session or circle.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Website and its content are reserved to XTENSU SOFTTECH SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. or its licensors.
Limitation of Liability
TooHeal does not provide emergency services. Sessions and Support Circles are delivered by independent professionals. TooHeal shall not be liable for:
Any medical or mental health outcomes.
Decisions taken by Users based on advice or conversations on the platform or within a Support Circle.
The conduct of, or any disclosure or breach of confidentiality by, other participants in a Support Circle.
Service interruptions, delays, or external circumstances beyond its control.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
